Below are the Big Bear Real Estate single-family residence sales statistics for the month of September. The number of sales was very low (only 62 sales), partially because of the Line Fire and the inability to bind new insurance policies during an active fire. The inventory has dropped about 8% from last month (as it usually does at this time of year) and now sits at 420 active single-family residences in the Big Bear MLS.
