Our summer season has officially begun and showings are finally starting to pick up.  There’s a lot going on in Big Bear this Summer, including an expanded Summer concert series.  Below are sales for the month of June.  Most sales are happening within 4% of final asking prices, but many, if not most, of those properties are seeing significant price reductions from their original listing price.  Finally, the reason that the average sales price was higher in 92314 than 92315 last month was a couple of higher-priced properties ($1.5M+) that sold in the Meadowbrook Estates area of Big Bear City.
