August 2026 Big Bear Real Estate Stats - Oktoberfest Begins!!

The unofficial end-of-Summer weekend was the busiest we can remember for quite some time, with perfect end-of-Summer weather on Friday and Saturday and then some serious Fall temperatures and rain on Sunday.  Big Bear Real Estate sales remained steady for the month of August, as inventory seems to have peaked for the year (with a lot of the over-priced sellers either getting more realistic or pulling their homes off the market), as we head into the Fall and Winter months.


