The quintessential California Christmas town, Big Bear Lake greets the holidays with warmth, cheer, and sometimes snow. Festivities start at 4:30 p.m. on the day after Thanksgiving with live entertainment, carolers, and of course Santa’s arrival at 5:30. Big Bear lights up the holiday season in a family tradition celebrated for decades. This event takes place in the Village on the corner of Village Dr. and Pine Knot Ave.
Big Bear Lions Club usually serves hot beverages (at the corner of Village and Pine Knot) to help keep everyone cozy & warm. The Lions also may have a chance drawing with Santa reaching in for the winning number. You must be present to win.
