Hi Folks!

Here are October’s lists of “Sold” and “Pending/Back-up” Big Bear properties.  As always, “sold” means that it has actually closed escrow and changed ownership; whereas “pending/back-up” means it has an accepted offer, but escrow has not yet closed.  Even with the government shutdown slowing loans down for a little more than 2 weeks, the numbers were still very strong in October, with 150 sold and another 200 in escrow.

Finally, I just wanted to send out a quick notice that we are taking our annual fall vacation from Nov. 14th-24th.  We will still have limited phone and email capabilities; but if you want to get a home in escrow before Thanksgiving, please give us a call ASAP.  We also have several buyers’ agents that can show property during that time; just call us ahead to make arrangements.
