Hey folks,

Below are the monthly lists of “sold” and “pending/back-up” properties for the month of October.  Sorry they’re a little late, but we went on a short vacation and got back just in time for the snow!  In case you haven’t heard, both Bear Mtn. and Snow Summit are opening tomorrow and offering free lift tickets for veterans, as well as active duty military.

The number of sold properties is up almost 35% from September and the inventory for sale has dropped even further (around 30% in just the last few months) to only 425 single family residences in the entire valley and only 220 of those are in the good vacation rental areas (Big Bear Lake, Moonridge, and Fox Farm)!
