Below are the monthly lists of “sold” and “pending/back-up” properties for November 2015. Even with the short holiday month, the number of sales remained strong, including several lakefronts. As of this morning, our inventory of active single-family residences for sale is down to 466 and is expected to continue to drop throughout the winter.
