November 2014 Big Bear Real Estate Stats/What’s Up for the Holidays
It looks like it’s definitely going to be a White Christmas up here! We’ve gotten about a foot of snow over the last week and there’s a chance of a little more on Saturday. Below are last month’s Big Bear real estate statistics. I took off 2 outliers (one that was a serious fixer in Big Bear Lake-general and another fixer right on the Blvd. with a very small lot and only a peek-a-boo lakeview). As of this morning, there are 503 single-family residences left in the Big Bear MLS. That’s almost exactly half-way between the low of 350 that we reached in February and the high of a little over 700 at the end of Summer. This reflects a healthy inventory of about 4-6 months’ supply.
