While I have you, you’ve probably heard the good news the last couple of days regarding some very positive increases in nationwide exisitng and new home sales numbers.   It’s nice  to hear national numbers on the news, but I thought I would attach a link to the article below which is just for CA and also shows a 20.8% increase in median sales price from the previous year!
