March 2016 Big Bear Real Estate Stats
Hi folks!
Below are last month’s statistics for single-family-residence Big Bear real estate sales. As you can see, sales remained strong for the last full month of the ski season (especially in Big Bear City). The numbers for Big Bear Lake (lakeview and lakefront) seem almost switched, but that is because of the small number of sales and the fact that the one “lakefront” that sold was actually a 4-unit property with only one of those units actually being on a very shallow section of the Lake (Mallard Bay/Lagoon). In addition, one of the “lakeview” properties was a large estate-style home with dock rights on almost half an acre in Eagle Point Estates, so the “lakeview” and “lakefront”properties didn’t really fit into the usual categories this time around.
