Kona Bali Kai is a condo complex on the west shore of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is located about 2 miles south of Kona town and less than a mile north of White (Magic) Sand Beach. The complex features a private beach, pool, spa, laundry area, activities concierge, surf/snorkel rental shop, and restaurant. Banyan Surf Park is directly south of the complex, so whether you are looking to catch some waves yourself of just watch the action, there is plenty to do at Kona Bali Kai. There are also two Honu turtles that hang out at the complex and can usually be found in the shallow water or sunning themselves on the beach.
There is a an open-air market less than a mile up Alii Drive, which features Kona coffee, crepes, shave ice, and lots of Hawaiian clothing and souvenirs. In town, there is a large variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops to visit, as well as rental shops for all kinds of water activities. The airport is about 15min north of the complex and 20-30 minutes to the South, visitors can find many coffee plantations, the City of Refuge, the Painted Church, and the Captain Cook Monument.
Unit 272 is a 1-bedroom condo located on the quiet (mauka) side of Alii Drive in a beautiful garden atmosphere that is just yards from the beach.
