We hope everyone had a great holiday and start of the Summer!  As usual, the fireworks show up here was spectacular and, with the 4th of July being on the weekend, the number of visitors to Big Bear was astounding!! Below are last month’s lists of “sold” and “pending/back-up” Big Bear properties.  As you can see, the number of sales has picked up again towards its typically strong summer pace.
