The largest month-over-month increases in average sales price were in Big Bear City and Big Bear Lake-general and the largest increases in average $/sqft were in Big Bear City and Moonridge. Checking the Big Bear MLS this morning, there are 0 bank-owned properties left on the market in Big bear Lake and only 2 in Moonridge!
