June 2012 Big Bear Real Estate Stats/Big Bear Lake Discount Cards

Below are the monthly stats for June 2012. As you can see, it was another very good month for Big Bear real estate. Speaking of good month’s, July is a VERY good month to come up and visit. Our average temps are in the upper 70’s and we finally just got in our “Big Bear Lake Discount Cards”, which are available and made exclusively by us. They’re good until the end of next year and offer discounts on everything from breakfast to board rentals to boutiques, featuring some of our favorite local merchants, such as Old Country Inn, B’s Backyard BBQ, GetBoards, and Del Lago Boutique (Ana’s idea, of course).
