July 2015 Big Bear Real Estate Stats
Here are last month’s statistics for single family home sales in the Big Bear area. Both average sales prices and average $/sqft continued to be strong in July. In addition, the Big Bear real estate inventory is currently at 595 single-family residences, which is about 10-15% lower than it was at this time last year. This is mostly because the number of sales is significantly higher this year, with 110 SFR’s being sold in July alone! There was one fixer at the end of Eagle that is only a lakefront when the Lake is at its fullest (doesn’t have any water in front of it currently); so I included it in the “lakeview” category.
