Below are the monthly Big Bear real estate single family residence statistics for the month of July.  As you can see, homes in our little slice of heaven are continuing to sell for close to asking price and the biggest increases in average $/sqft are in the resort areas (Big Bear Lake, Moonridge, and Fox Farm).
