We’re down to only one full month of our Summer season left and pretty soon we’ll be talking about the slopes opening up!!  This Summer has really flown by and the real estate market is moving at the same rapid pace.  Last month, there were a total of 140 properties “sold” and another 249 in escrow!  Those numbers are huge given the fact that there are only about 500 total single family residences currently listed as active in our entire Big Bear MLS!!!  Since today is only the second of the month, I’m sure that “sold” number will go up even higher, but I wanted to make sure to get this email out today because this week’s “What’s Up at 7000ft” is chock full of events for this weekend!
