Hi folks!

Below are this month’s lists of “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties.  It was another VERY strong month for sales in Big Bear, with another 118 sold and 245 pending/contingent!  Among, them, there are 6 lakefronts in escrow and another 2 that sold last month.

As we showed from statistics in a recent email, prices have risen about 1.5% in Big Bear Lake in the last 12 months (not a lot, but at least it’s moving in the right direction and still a great time to buy)!  Here are articles from the LA Times and CNN Money on the state and national levels showing that prices have risen in CA and nationally as well in the same time period:

Finally, here’s this weekend’s copy of “What’s up at 7000ft”.  Highlights include the annual “Blues for the Zoo” concert and the “Tour de Big Bear” bike race.
