January 2014 Big Bear Real Estate Stats
Hi folks!
Here are last month’s Big Bear Real Estate statistics. Current inventory bumped up a little bit to 373 Single Family residences from 360 this time last month. In general, prices were up again in the resort area of Big Bear Lake (92315); but down a bit in Moonridge and Big Bear City. I think this was mostly the result of weather (especially the lower than usual number of sales in Moonridge), with January mostly consisting of great weather “down the hill” and much drier than normal conditions up here.

Have a great weekend!
