The high pressure off the coast of California dropped long enough to give us a pretty good storm last weekend!  The foot or so of snow was great for the resorts and Lake; but the storm really did a number on the Pirate tour ship at Holloway’s Marina.  They’re going to try to pull her up soon; but here’s a pic that we took on Sunday as the storm rolled out of the valley:

Here are last month’s lists of “sold” and “pending/back-up” properties.  Not bad for a short month, but the lack of snow this February definitely slowed things down a bit.

Finally, the “Screamin’ Deal” season passes went on sale this week.   This is always the best price of the year and the passes are good for the rest of this season, all summer on the Scenic Sky chair, and all next winter season.
