I can’t believe another winter season is almost over!  It’s already time for the resorts to put their “Screamin’ Deal” passes on sale.  The sale starts on Monday, March 5th and is always the best price of the year for season passes.  These passes are good for the rest of this season, all summer on the scenic sky chair (for mountain biking, hiking, or just sight-seeing at Summit), and all next winter season.

Below are the monthly lists of Big Bear’s “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties.  There were actually 6 lakefronts that sold last month, which is unheard of for February, but hopefully a very good sign for the market!
