Hi folks!

We got about 2.5ft of new snow here at Lake level over the last 2 days and we’re looking at the best conditions in the last 6 years!  At this point, we’ve already received more than half our average snowfall for the season and more than all of last winter!  Below are the lists of “Sold” and “Pending/back-up” Big Bear real estate for the month of December.  There were 147 sold (HUGE for a month with so many days off) and another 150 in escrow.
