October 2025 Big Bear Real Estate Stats

We’re only two weeks out from Thanksgiving already and the unofficial start of the Big Bear Winter season!  We are trying out a little different format for the stats this month.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, the bigger MLS that we are currently using has more listings, so the number of sales in 92314 and 92315 look quite a bit bigger; but it also splits out the 92314 and 92315 areas of Moonridge and Fox Farm.  I welcome any feedback on the new format and if you prefer it to the old format and/or don’t see anything you would like to see.
