Happy Independence Day weekend! As we enter what is usually the strongest selling season of the year, we are currently at 467 single-family residences in the Big Bear MLS. This is much closer to the kind of inventory that we would normally see at this time of year, pre-Covid. Below are the sales statistics for last month. There were a total of 60 single-family residences sold in the Big Bear MLS, putting us at about 7.5 months of inventory.
