Below are the monthly sales stats for October.   As you can see, the avg. $/sqft stayed almost exactly the same from the previous month at approx. $208/sqft, while it went up in Big Bear City and Fox Farm.   The avg. $/sqft in Moonridge appears to have gone done from the table, but that is just because one very large (almost 5000sqft) house sold in that area for close to land value because of it’s condition (it needed approx. $300K in finishing/repairs).   If that house were to be factored out, the $/sqft in Moonridge would actually be $219.67, which is an increase from the previous month.
