Below are the monthly lists of “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties for November.   As you can see, there was a large increase (20%) in the number of properties sold compared to the prior month and a further increase in the number of pending/contingent properties as well.   As we’ve mentioned in the past, now that summer is over and we are moving into the winter season, properties close to the slopes tend to sell more quickly, while lakefronts don’t show as much activity.   However, if you’re in the market for a lakefront, that makes now a great time to buy!
