Big Bear June 2011 Sales Stats
It’s another beautiful, 75 & sunny kind of day in Big Bear and we’re finally getting caught up on some work! Below are the monthly sales stats for June. Compared to the previous month the DOM (days on market) have gone down considerably (houses are selling faster) and the ratios of sold price to asking price have increased (sellers are getting closer to the asking price).
