Big Bear July 2011 Sales Stats
Below are the monthly sales stats for July. I’m trying out the new format (breaking Big Bear Lake up into Lakefront, Lakeview, and general); but there were no lakefronts or lakeviews that closed last month, so I guess we’ll have to wait to see how it works out. As you can see, there is lots of movement, but it’s mostly on the lower end of the market. Also, most of the houses selling are on the market for less than 90 days, which shows how important it is to price your house right.
