April 2016 Big Bear Real Estate Stats/HGTV Episode Premiere!
Here are last month’s stats for single family homes in the Big Bear area. As you can see, although the number of sales dipped a bit in this off-season month, prices and $/sqft remained strong.

Below is a link to the Memorial Day weekend edition of “What’s Up at 7000ft”. In addition to these events, the episode of HGTV’s “Lakefront Bargain Hunt” that we shot recently is going to premiere this Sunday, May 29th. Check your local listings for times, but in Big Bear, it will be airing at 5pm on Dish Network and 8pm on Charter. We haven’t seen it yet, but from the amount of footage that they shot around the Lake, it should do a great job of showcasing the beautiful area that we are blessed to call home!
