April 2015 Big Bear Real Estate Stats/What’s Up for Memorial Day Weekend
Here are the April 2015 Big Bear real estate statistics for single family homes. As I mentioned in the last update, sales are expected to be seasonally slow for about 3 more weeks until kids get out of school for the summer. Therefore, most areas where there are only 1 or 2 sales for the month don’t mean much statistically. Still, sales continued to be strong in Big Bear Lake, Big Bear City, Moonridge, and Sugarloaf, where there is more inventory to choose from.
