Below are the monthly lists of “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties for the month of April.  As you can see, even though we are at what is typically one of the slower times of our year for sales, we had a fairly strong 77 “sold” and 214 “pending/contingent” (including 7 properties at $1.5M or more!).  This brings the total number of single family Big Bear area homes actively for sale in our MLS to 565.

Also, here is this weekend’s edition of “What’s Up at 7000ft”.  Highlights include the Cinco de May Concert at Meadow Park’s Swim Beach, the MS Walk at North Shore Elementary, Nature Walks at the Big Bear Discovery Center, and Animal Feeding Tours at the Moonridge Zoo.
