Below are the sales stats for April.   The results are interesting, with some large increases in avg. sales price and $/sqft in Big Bear City.   The avg. sales price and $/sqft dropped a bit in Big Bear Lake, but that’s when you factor out the lakefronts which have much higher avg. sales prices and $/sqft.   Over-all, the number of closings was up about 5% from the previous month.
