And it allows us to pick up ski days on some of these visits.”

February 2016 “Sold” and “Pending/Back-up” Properties/Mammoth Improvements to Date
Below are last month’s lists of “Sold” and “Pending/Back-up” Big Bear real estate. The numbers remain high in both categories, even as we approach the end of winter season. This is, at least in part, because of the improvements that are starting to become visible from the Mammoth purchase. The increased visitors have also lead to increased occupancy in private vacation rental homes, as well as increased business for our local restaurants, shops, etc. As Mammoth continues to add more amenities and improvements to our local resorts (for both winter and summer activities), all of the above are expected to continue to increase.
