August 2014 Big Bear Real Estate “Sold” &”Pending/Back-up” Properties

Hi folks!

Another incredibly busy Labor Day weekend is over, but Big Bear continues to have beautiful late-summer weather (highs in the upper 70’s and lows in the 40’s).  Below are last month’s Big Bear Real Estate “sold” and “pending/back-up” properties.  The 124 properties sold was an annual high and included one lakefront that sold for over $3Million (the second-highest lakefront sale in the last 8 years)!  At 222, the number in escrow is also at an annual high and reflects the trend seen in CA of increased numbers of properties in escrow.
