Below are the Big Bear real estate single family stats for the month of July. In the Moonridge area, I didn’t include one property that was yellow-tagged by the City and needed some major renovations before it was habitable. Once again, the average sales prices and average $/sqft were up from the previous month for the majority of areas that we track.
