July 2014 Big Bear Real Estate Stats/What’s Up this Weekend

Hi folks!
Below are the Big Bear real estate single family stats for the month of July. In the Moonridge area, I didn’t include one property that was yellow-tagged by the City and needed some major renovations before it was habitable.  Once again, the average sales prices and average $/sqft were up from the previous month for the majority of areas that we track.

Below is a link to this week’s “What’s Up at 7000ft”.  Highlights this week include Big Bear Lake’s “Art on the Lake” Festival, the 13th Annual Renaissance Faire in Fawnskin, and “Toad the Wet Sprocket” (whose hits include “Walk on the Ocean”, “All I Want”, etc.) performing live at The Cave!
Have a great weekend!
