November 2013 Big Bear Real Estate Stats/What’s Up This Weekend

Hi folks!
Below are the monthly Big Bear real estate stats for November.  Last month showed additional significant increases in average $/sqft for Big Bear City, Big Bear Lake (lakeview), Big Bear Lake (lakefront), Fox Farm, and Moonridge.  The ratio of Sales Price to List Price also remained high across the board.

Also, here’s this weekend’s edition of “What’s Up at 7000ft” (better late than never:).  Highlights this week include tubing at both Alpine Slide and Big Bear Snowplay, the USASA Rail Jam at Bear Mountain, Goldsmith’s Race Series#1 at Snow Summit, Animal Presentations at Big Bear Alpine Zoo, and Christmas in the Village with Mr. & Mrs. Claus (if you haven’t seen the newly re-designed sidewalks, firepits, etc. in the Village, make sure you check it out at night when all the trees are lit up)!
