January 2013 Big Bear Real Estate “Sold” and “Pending/Back-up” lists

Hi folks!

It’s time already for the first “Sold” and “Pending/Back-up” lists of 2013!  As of this morning, there are only 329 active Big Bear area listings left for sale in our entire MLS.  Of those, only 17 are short sales and 19 are bank-owned (only 6 of those are in the “resort areas” of Big Bear Lake, Moonridge, and Fox Farm)!
