May 2012 Big Bear Real Estate “Sold” & “Pending/Contingent” Lists

Hi folks!

Below are the lists of last month’s “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties.  Looking at the foreclosure (REO) properties this morning, there are only 6 left in the Big Bear Lake (92315) zip code (and only 14, if you include Big Bear City as well)!!  The month of May had another very strong showing of 88 “sold” properties and 237 either “pending” or “contingent”.  May was also a very good month for lakefront sales, with 5 being sold and another 7 in the pending/contingent category.
