Big Bear Nov. 2011 “Sold” and “Pending/Contingent” Lists

Below are the monthly lists of “sold” and “pendng/contingent” properties for the month of November. Even with the holiday, there was another BIG jump (more than 25%!) in the number of properties sold, which finally brings the available inventory down even further. That’s great news for sellers, but it means there is even more competition for buyers – especially for the really great deals that remain.
