Big Bear Oct. 2011 “Sold” and “Pending/Contingent” Properties

The snow is still coming down and we’re looking forward to another early opening for the ski resorts (Big Bear Snow Play already opened last weekend)!

Below are the lists of “Sold” and “Pending/Contingent” properties for the month of October.  There was another month-over-month increase in “sold” properties (almost 10%)!  There were also two more lakefronts that closed and a couple more in escrow.
