Big Bear August 2011 “Sold” and “Pending/Contingent” lists

Below are the monthly lists of sold and pending/contingent properties. As you can see, the number of “sold” properties is up almost 25% from the previous month and the number of “pending/contingent” is up a bit as well!   These numbers are most likely even higher because it’s only the 1st of the month and it usually takes agents a couple of days to change the status after escrow closes, but I wanted to get this out before the long weekend.
