Below are the monthly lists of “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties for the month of Jan. The first couple months of the year are typically the slowest, especially with the large number of properties that we had closing right before the end of the year. However, the number of pending/contingent is holding steady from last month and another anomaly is the fairly large number of lakefronts that are pending. It looks like buyers are finally figuring out that winter is the best time to buy on the Lake!
