Below are the monthly sales stats compiled from the May 2010 data provided by Chicago Title. As you can see, Chicago Title separates the areas a little differently than what you may be used to seeing. It still separates most of Moonridge (close to Bear Mtn.) unto itself, but it combines Upper Moonridge, which is actually in the 92314 zip code, into the rest of Big Bear City. It also includes Fox Farm, which is mostly 92315, with the rest of that zip code in Big Bear Lake. Still, the trends hold true, with the better vacation rental areas having higher avg. sales prices and higher avg. $/sqft.
