Below are the lists of “sold” and “pending/contingent” properties for the month of May. I haven’t crunched all of the numbers yet (I figure I might as well wait until the new stats come in from Chicago Title); but I did do the calcs for Big Bear Lake and the avg. sales price was back up to a new high for the year of $269K with an avg. $/sqft of $171.18.
