Big Bear March Monthly Sales Report

Below are the monthly sold and pending/contingent properites for the month of March.   There was a more than 20% increase in “sold”  properties over the month of Feb.  and an increase in “pending/contingent” as well.   The number of solds is actually even a little higher, but the MLS stopped reporting properties sold in Big Bear that are listed by an agent “down the hill” who is not a member of the Big Bear MLS.   Looking at the sales stats for single family residences, there was an increase in avg. sales price for Big Bear City, Moonridge, and Fox Farm, as well as increases in $/sqft for Big Bear Lake and Fox Farm.
