Nov. 2011 Big Bear Real Estate Stats

It’s been dumping snow up here for the last 2 days, so it’s given me plenty of time to work on the monthly sales stats, as well as the latest incarnation of our web-site (I gave it another complete overhaul and I think this one’s a keeper – please let me know what you think)! We’ve also just started renting cabins for some of our clients. The new web-site for that isn’t up yet; but I’ve linked a page on our site in case anyone wants access:

Below are the stats for the month of November. The $/sqft increased in all areas except Big Bear City. The reason the $/sqft is SO large for the lakefront that sold is that it included 3 adjoining lots (1 that fronts the Lake and 2 that front Edgemoor) for a total of almost an acre of land.
